Positive Reflections
“ Amal a career prep fellowship ” has never been just a course for me. Its like a life long learning. It has been wonderful experience that i might not be able to explain in words but can feel it. From the time of selection, shortlisting to meeting my mentors, fellows, interacting , communicating and engagement in quality online courses has been mind blowing. What first comes to my mind when i talk about amal is “ LOVE ” and “ FAMILY ”
Weekend Sessions:
Weekened sessions have been so energizing initially due to those 3 magical words by mam zarafsahan
- Positivity
- Energy
- Smile
Early joining of sessions and discussions on different topics and sharing experinces with Mam Rabeea is also a special memory as well. I remember the day we talked about vegetables we like and hated. Break time fun and listening to post session question answers sessions and listening “ So Ameer, Tashif and Mukhtar do you have any questions to ask and leaving meetings after no one is left to ask any questions haha ”
Learning Group Memories
Learning group memories i made with my fanatastic fellows in first month of amal are amazing. My members Sikandar, Iffa, Ahmad Naveed, Sania and Memoona were so energatic and lively. I remember we were so proactive in the learning group that sessions of half hour reached 1 hour 30 minutes and we were still learning and enjoying it
This is from the days where we switched leadership and i acted as leader for one meeting. The experience was wonderful. And you can see the smile on these beautiful faces. Oh do not focus me i am just trying to take a screenshot otherwise the feelings are just all same.
Online Course Experience:
I just want to say OMG how well organized these are and for sure there would be a lot of thought processing behind it. Like concepts of

Ek ar Ek gyara
The work on Super Hero Resume and Cover letter was amazing learnt a lot. I really enjoyed every course and loved the way they were designed to help us understand soft skills such as team work and leadership. The DIY activities and Self reliance projects. I wont be able to forget that my letter was published for representation by B164 and was shared by Pepsico and Like and commented by Benje.
Mega Project :
Mega project memories were unexpected. Just the way mam zarafshan said there will be no butterfly culture so did happen. Topic, leadership, team and things were unpredictable. I refreshed my learnings and applied all that i learnt from it. Next week is going to be the last one and things will be ending soon. But i had great accountability partener and we have worked a lot managing things.Defiantely we learn from both good and bad experiences.
Aik Qatrah memories of success, team work and leadership.
For me there was no single thing but all these collectively worked as heavens. They influenced to learn in every condition, saty positive, comitted and show humility. I am writing it late night and its 11: 19 pm and my hands, mind and heart is not permtting me stop writing about amal and show gratitude but i have to say Good bye in the end. Definately we are a family now and will stay connected. Best of luck to humans of Amal B164, signing off!
